On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated November 3, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 30, 2011, is amended by deleting from the street address of the attorney assigned as counsel thereof the words "26 Court Street - #2016" and substituting therefor the words "26 Court Street, #1503."
