Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 28, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Tracy Cass MacKenzie, Esq., 97 Cannon Street, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. 12601, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
