| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 31, 2011, and to enlarge the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 3, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the petitioner's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before March 12, 2012, and the application is otherwise denied.
