| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to restore to active status an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 16, 2007, which was deemed abandoned pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 15, 2012, the appellant shall either perfect the appeal or move for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appellant does not comply with the foregoing, the Clerk of the Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeal to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed as abandoned.
