Appeal by Neville Davis from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered August 3, 2005. By order to show cause dated November 1, 2011, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that he has abandoned the appeal.
Upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
