Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 30, 2010. The appellant's appendix and brief were filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court on August 26, 2010. The appendix and brief were served on the attorney for the respondent on December 2, 2011.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until February 2, 2012, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
