Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 1990, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 19, 1983, on grounds of lack of timely prosecution, and to reinstate the appeal.
Now, upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
