Motion by appellant pro se on separate appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, both dated June 25, 2010, for sanctions against the attorney for respondent Mautner-Glick Corporation. The appeals were transferred to this court by a decision and order of the Appellate Division, Second Department, dated May 17, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of appellant's motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
