DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent on separate appeals from two judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 22, 2010, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated February 22, 2011. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect to perfect the appeals and to continue the stay pending the determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions by respondent and appellant are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated solely for the purpose of disposition of these motions; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is denied as moot, as the appeals have been perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to continue the stay granted by decision and order of this court dated February 22, 2011 is granted.
