Motion by appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered January 26, 2011, to amend the notice of appeal, and a decision and order of this court dated March 14, 2011 which assigned counsel, to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2010KN060824 and 2010KN096804, which were also decided by the judgment of conviction rendered January 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal and the decision and order of this court dated March 14, 2011 are deemed amended to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2010KN060824 and 2010KN096804.
