Motion by the respondent to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2011, pending determination of a proceeding entitled Matter of Washington Title Insurance Company, pending in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, under Index No. 12070/11, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief,
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 17, 2012, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
