DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioners for leave to reargue a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated October 22, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated November 15, 2011, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, and to stay the respondents, inter alia, from revoking certain operating certificates, pending determinion of this motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
