On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated December 2, 2011, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 16, 2009, and for assignment of new counsel, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief. The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for the assignment of counsel was granted on April 14, 2010, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:
