DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals, for permission to proceed as a poor person, to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and to be relieved of the burden of serving the President of the College and the Director of Human Resources.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 19, 2012. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to be relieved of the burden of serving the President of the College and the Director of Human Resources is denied, without costs, as unnecessary, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and upon the original Board file is denied, without costs.
