DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 4, 2011, June 22, 2011, and August 31, 2011, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2011, as conditioned a stay of the order dated August 31, 2011, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before November 28, 2011, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated September 26, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 28, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "February 21, 2012"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged February 21, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
