On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 2, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 30, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "January 30, 2012."
