Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from the orders and judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on February 28, 2011 (Docket Nos. CA 11-02534 and CA 11-02535), and July 18, 2011 (Docket No. CA 11-02536), and to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders and judgments entered February 28, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Nia C. Cholakis, Esq., dated December 15, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Maureen E. Maney, Esq., dated December 19, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the orders and judgments and order entered February 28, 2011, and July 18, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders and judgments entered February 28, 2011, is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before February 28, 2012, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
