Application by Anna Martin, Esq., the counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered February 8, 2010, to be relieved and to have other counsel substituted.
Upon the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the application to be relieved is granted and HARRY TILIS, ESQ. located at 80 ORVILLE DRIVE, SUITE 100, BOHEMIA, NEW YORK 11716 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that Anna Martin, Esq. shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
