Application by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(c)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an appellant's brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated September 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the brief of the appellant New York State Department of Environmental Conservation shall be served and filed on or before January 24, 2012; and it is further,
