Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 30, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 25, 2012, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
