On the Court's own motion it is,
ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated January 3, 2012, which granted an enlargement of time on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 15, 2011, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "February 16, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "February 27, 2012".
