Application by the respondent Louis Vlahakis pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 13, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent Lous Vlahakis to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 6, 2012, and the brief of the respondent Louis Vlahakis must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
