Motion by the respondent for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 7, 2011, and an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect their appeal on or before February 3, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before February 17, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 27, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
