Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 28, 2010, to impose a sanction upon the respondents for making a frivolous motion, inter alia, to direct the appellant to file a supplemental record which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
