Application by Gina Anne Porto, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 7, 2001 under the name Gina Anne Porto Healey, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Gina Porto Spiro.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Gina Anne Porto to Gina Porto Spiro, effective immediately.
