Motion by the plaintiff for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 11, 2011, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court, Kings County, entered November 18, 2009, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2011, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
