Motion by the respondent David Landy to dismiss appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 12, 2011, and an order of the same court also entered August 12, 2011, as untimely taken, or to stay all proceedings in a certain matter pending in the District Court, Nassau County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
