Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 4, 2011, to amend the appellant's brief and for an enlargement of time to submit a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to amend the appellant's brief is granted and appellant is directed to file six copies of the amended brief within 10 days from the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge appellant's time to submit a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed within seven days from the date of this decision and order.
