On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 22, 2011, on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 24, 2011, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 23, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "January 23, 2012".
