Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Laurence D. Behr, Esq., dated November 8, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 23, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 23, 2011, and inserting in its place the date January 23, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 23, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 9, 2012, and inserting in its place the date February 7, 2012.
