| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Andre R. Soleil to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 7, 2011. Cross motion by the appellant to impose a sanction upon the respondent Andre R. Soleil.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Andre R. Soleil to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 21, 2012, and the brief of the respondent Andre R. Soleil must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
