Motion by Iosif Kaplun and Sofya Kaplun on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2011, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated September 16, 2011, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2011, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-10192), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
