On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 11, 2012, on an appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 2, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed".
