DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 11, 2012, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 31, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed".
