DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Village of Lindenhurst to calendar together an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2011, with appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2010, and June 6, 2011 (two orders), respectively, and six orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 23, 2010, December 3, 2010, January 5, 2011 (two orders), February 4, 2011, May 19, 2011, and respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
