Altman, Esq., dated December 14, 2011, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2011-04802 and 2011-10608 are consolidated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file ten copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
