Motion by the appellant Vanessa J. for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 5, 2010, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 25, 2011. Separate motion by the appellant Marvin J. for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, for poor person relief, to relieve assigned counsel, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant Vanessa J. and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant Marvin J. and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
