DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 21, 2011, which assigned Michael Fiechter, Esq., P.O. Box 1107, Bellmore, New York 11710, as the appellant's attorney on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 10, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2011-06481, 2011-06723), is amended to reflect that the appellant is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 2, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-11560), and that Michael Fiechter, Esq., is assigned as counsel for the appellant on that appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion on the Clerk of the Court from which the appeals are taken.
