DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 12, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
