Separate motions by the respondent Maimonides Medical Center and the respondents Jerzy Marek Macura and United Surgical Associates, P.C., to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered April 19, 2010, for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of the Court.
