Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to disqualify the intervenor-appellants' counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 1, 2011, to hold the intervenor-appellants' counsel in contempt, and to impose a sanction upon the intervenor-appellants' counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
