Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 31, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated September 28, 2011, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the order dated March 31, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-10793), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]), and the motion is otherwise denied.
