Separate motions by Gail M. Berkowitz, counsel for the appellant, and Doniger & Engstrand, LLP, counsel for the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 20, 2010, for leave to reargue a prior motion to impose a sanction upon them, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(b)(2), which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2011 , or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
