| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011, as directed him to file a replacement appendix and brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 24, 2011, and to enlarge the record to include a trascript of proceedings on September 1, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion dated November 2, 2011, is granted and on or before February 3, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement appendix and brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
