On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 13, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 23, 2008, and October 19, 2011, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Separate appeal by Roger S. from the order dated October 19, 2011." and substituting therefor the words "Separate appeal by Stephen A., Sr., from the order dated October 19, 2011."
