| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Mohammad K.-M. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 23, 2010, and October 8, 2010, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2010, the appeal from the order dated March 23, 2010, was dismissed.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the order dated May 7, 2010, as dismissed the appeal from that portion of the order dated March 23, 2010, as found that the appellant had neglected the subject children is recalled and vacated and the appeal from that portion of the order is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 29, 2012, the appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a supplemental brief further addressing issues relating to that portion of the order dated March 23, 2010, as found that he neglected the subject children.
