ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated October 24, 2011, entitled "In the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - October 2011 Calendar," as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 11, 2011, in the above-entitled action is recalled and vacated and the appeal is reinstated.
