Application by Melanie Anne Keegan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 10, 2001 under the name Melanie Anne Irise, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Melanie Anne Emery.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Melanie Anne Keegan to Melanie Anne Emery, effective immediately.
