| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 2, 2011, to include a certain affidavit and the minutes of proceedings which occurred on March 30, 2011, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motions which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time to serve and file the respondent's brief is enlarged until February 24, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
