Appellants Heidi Narins Suffoletto, M.D., Mei Yim Wong, M.D., and Buffalo General Hospital (movants) having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 21, 2010, and May 10, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Katherine E. Wild, Esq., sworn to December 28, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jeanne M. Vinal, Esq., sworn to December 29, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal of movants appeal from the order entered December 21, 2010, is vacated, and the Clerk is directed to accept their brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect movants appeal from the order entered May 10, 2011, is granted and the Clerk shall except movants' brief for filing.
